Remote support always starts with a phone call on 01943 498005. We stay on the line with you throughout — you are never left clicking things on your own.

Download the tool
We will give you the exact link over the phone. It is a small file that runs straight away — there is no installation, no account to create and no licence to buy.

Read us the number on screen
When it opens it shows a short ID number. Read that out to us over the phone. Without it we cannot connect — so nobody can reach your computer unless you have told them that number.

Approve the connection
A box appears asking whether to allow the connection. Nothing happens until you click Accept. You can see everything we do on screen, and you can stop the session at any moment by closing the window.

We fix it, then it closes
When we are finished, close the window and the connection ends. Delete the downloaded file if you like — we will ask you to run a fresh copy next time rather than leaving anything in place.
Please read this before you download anything
We will never ring you out of the blue asking for remote access. Nor will Microsoft, BT, your bank, Amazon or "the internet people". Every genuine remote session with us starts because you contacted us first.
If somebody has phoned you unexpectedly, told you that your computer has a virus or that you are owed a refund, and has sent you to a page like this one — hang up. It is a scam, and it is the single most common way people in this country lose money to fraud.
If you are not completely certain the person on the phone is us, hang up and ring 01943 498005 yourself. We will never be annoyed at you for checking.
