💰 The Cost (or Lack Thereof)

• The Goal is £0.00: For most of our clients, our collection, data destruction, and processing services are completely free. We make our living by giving your gear a second life, so if your equipment has resale value, you don’t pay a penny.
• Transparent Quoting: If your equipment has truly reached the end of the road or requires specialised data destruction services that won’t cover our overheads, we’ll provide a straightforward quote before confirming your booking. No surprises, just solutions.

🛑 The “Locked Device” Check

Before you hit “Submit,” please ensure all devices have been removed from iCloud, Intune, and Entra ID.

• Why it matters: We cannot refurbish “cloud-locked” devices. They essentially become “digital bricks,” which limits our ability to keep your service free.
• The Fee: We currently charge £25 per device for collecting locked units.
• Our Promise: If we find a locked device, we’ll email you the serial number first so you can unlock it remotely and avoid the charge!
