Compliance & Data Sovereignty
At Revolve ITAD Solutions, compliance isn’t a checkbox; it’s our operating system. We operate at the intersection of stringent UK environmental law and the highest global data security standards. For our partners in the M62 corridor and our national clients, we provide a fully defensible audit trail that satisfies both legal departments and environmental auditors.
1. Data Security: The “Zero-Leak” Standard
We don’t just delete files; we obliterate data. Our processes are designed to meet and exceed the most rigorous sanitisation protocols:
- NCSC & NIST 800-88 Compliant: We use industry-leading software for erasure (NIST 800-88 Purge) and for media we can’t wipe, we go the extra step and physically destroy the item (NIST 800-88 Destroy).
- Healthcare-Grade Protocols: Our Director, Kevan, brings experience from decommissioning five major Manchester hospitals—environments where patient confidentiality was a matter of national compliance. We apply that same “healthcare-grade” rigour to every drive we touch.
- Asset-Level Certification: Every data-bearing device is tracked by serial number, with a Certificate of Data Destruction (CoDD) issued for your records.
2. Environmental Integrity: The T11 Advantage
Revolve ITAD is a T11 Authorised Site (Environment Agency Registered). This permit allows us to legally repair and refurbish Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), ensuring that we can prioritise Reuse over simple recycling.
- Duty of Care: We provide full documentation for the transfer of waste, ensuring you meet your legal “Duty of Care” under the Environmental Protection Act.
- Zero to Landfill: When an asset truly reaches the end of its life, we only use vetted, UK-based recycling partners to ensure 0% of your e-waste ends up in a landfill.
3. Regulatory Alignment: GDPR & Beyond
We act as your expert Data Processor, ensuring your organisation remains fully compliant with:
- UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018: Protecting the “right to erasure” and ensuring personal data never leaves your chain of custody.
- WEEE Regulations: Handling the collection and processing of all IT assets in strict accordance with UK law.
