Our Story: Built on Experience, Driven by Integrity

Founded in November 2025, Revolve ITAD Solutions was born from a desire to provide high-assurance asset retirement with a “security-first” mindset. After a focused period of infrastructure setup and securing our T11 authorisation, we began engaging with our first clients in March 2026. By April, our Sowerby Bridge facility was in full operation, processing collections with a workflow where data destruction isn’t just a service—it’s our absolute priority.

The Team Behind the Mission

We believe that a secure process is only as good as the people managing it. Revolve is led by a team that combines decades of sales insight with deep-rooted technical operational excellence:

• Kevan (Director): Kevan’s career in IT began in 1997, where he played a role in supporting PWC during their landmark merger. Throughout his career, he has managed many high-stakes technical projects, including the decommissioning technology from five Manchester hospitals during a major regional consolidation—a task requiring the highest levels of data security and logistical precision. Having most recently built and run a certified B Corp that prioritised refurbished IT over new, Kevan ensures that Revolve balances corporate-grade security with a genuine commitment to the circular economy.
• Steve (Operations Manager): A true industry heavyweight with a over 30 years in IT—including over 10 years specifically working for another ITAD. Steve is the engine room of the company, overseeing the day-to-day running of our Sowerby Bridge warehouse. He ensures every drive wipe, degauss, and test meets our rigorous internal standards and T11 permit requirements.
• Elizabeth (Customer Relations Manager): With a decade of ITAD experience, Elizabeth provides high-level account management for our local and national clients. Having previously worked alongside Steve for many years before a stint at a competitor, she has now reunited with him to help Revolve dominate in their home market – the M62 corridor – as well as support our growing list of clients across the wider UK.

Our Roadmap to Excellence

We don’t believe in standing still. While we currently operate as a T11 authorised site, we are aggressively pursuing the highest tiers of global certification to support our high-stakes client base. Our goals for 2026 include achieving ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), with ISO 27001 (Information Security) scheduled to follow soon after.
